Nottingham Counselling Service (NCS) is a local charity providing comprehensive
Counselling services for individuals, groups, and organisations in the Nottinghamshire area. They are currently embarking on a five-year Development and Expansion Plan that will ensure the future success of the Charity. As such, they are looking for four new Trustees to join their Board. This is a unique opportunity to develop your managerial and organisational skills, whilst having a strategic input in a growing organisation, and giving something back to the local community. 

Previous experience as a Trustee is not necessary, however, we are particularly interested in
recruiting people with expertise in any of the following: business development, finance, law,
human resources, public relations, marketing, healthcare and wellbeing, voluntary sector and
community development. The Board meets ten times during the year and you must be able to commit to the meetings, have a strategic vision, demonstrate independent judgement, and have an ability
